Not a bad score at all as if you round it off, it’s actually a perfect TEN already. From the looks of that rating, we can say the Mobi is Good TO READ!

Mobi Red Hood and the Outlaws (2016-) Vol. 2: Who is Artemis with FREE EASY Reading!

Prior to Rebirth, Red Hood's team book always lacked something, I felt; when Rebirth did roll around, though, Outlaws very clearly had the fixes it needed to become a great book, and I loved volume one. Naturally, volume 2 was high on my priority list, and it is successfully another solid entry.In volume 1, Red Hood and Bizarro had the emphasis. While Artemis was by no means underused, she was not yet the focus. Volume 2, as the title gives away, is the one with the most emphasis in the story. Red Hood and Bizarro still have their moments (more so the former for most of the story arc), but it's clearly angled towards her.The biggest issue, which is fortunately not a huge one, is how quickly the plot plays out. Artemis tells Jason her backstory directly, and while I'm not usually a big fan of telling instead of showing, this way did provide some fun dialogue between Red Hood and Artemis, so it was still worthwhile. Then, they rapidly run through the primary conflict as well. Each character gets worthwhile scenes, but it does go by quickly. As for the main villain, there's a good start, but motivations and depth are not quite clear enough to make a terribly memorable one.My favorite bit in the book is an additional story outside of the main arc. Usually, in these books, the extra story comes at the end (see: Deathstroke's Gospel of Slade and All-Star Batman for good examples), but this time, it's the first one in the book. Without going into details, it feels very "Of Mice and Men" in a good way.All in all, though, the main characters here are still the highlight, and if you liked part one, you'll be on board with part two.
